About Bracken Ridge Cricket Club
Bracken Ridge District Cricket Club, known as the Galahs, has operated from McPherson Park since 1983. It fields summer teams in the Queensland Subdistricts Cricket Association turf competition and winter sides in the Warehouse Cricket Association, including a junior winter program. The club also looks after two synthetic pitches at Canterbury Park in Bald Hills, one junior size and one senior size.
