Private lessons booked around the pro's diary

A golf lesson is usually a private booking rather than a class, and it is set up that way: a price per duration, so a 30-minute lesson and a full hour are priced separately, and a request that checks the coach's diary and the bay or facility's availability at the same time. A slot is only ever offered when both are genuinely free, which is what stops a lesson landing on top of a clinic already using the same bay. Requests need the coach's approval by default, and a minimum lead time in hours can be set so a booking cannot arrive minutes before the coach is meant to be on the tee.

School holiday programs without a parent spreadsheet

A junior holiday program is a run of days rather than a term, and families want to buy the whole thing, one week of it, or a single day their child is actually free. The camp format supports all three: a full-program price, a per-week price where the program spans more than one week, and a day rate for individual days, with the days not needing to be consecutive. If the dates have to shift because of weather or a facility clash, the whole program moves together, every enrolled family is notified, and they are offered the option to cancel for a full credit rather than being talked through it individually at the counter.
