The platform
Built for how tennis coaching actually works
Every program type, one place
Group lessons, private lessons, term programs, holiday camps, social sessions, and court hire — all managed from one dashboard.
Term programs that run themselves
Per-term pricing, drop-in toggle, pro-rata for mid-term joiners, and auto-renew. Set it up once.
Holiday camps that fill early
Per-week and per-day pricing. Clubs listing early see 20–60% more bookings. AllSquads handles registrations, capacity, and payments.
Private lessons with zero conflicts
The scheduling engine checks coach and court availability simultaneously. No double-bookings, no manual coordination.
Waitlists and reminders, automatic
Waitlists activate when a class is full. 24hr and 1hr reminders go to players and coaches. Nothing manual.
Cancellations handled without you
Credits issued automatically when you or a player cancels — per the policy you set per class. No chasing, no manual refunds.
Member pricing at checkout
Club members get discounted rates applied automatically at checkout. No vouchers, no manual overrides.
Player contacts & CRM
Every booking adds a player to your contacts. Booking history, membership status, emergency details, and notes in one place.
Subscriptions & recurring billing
Run squads and memberships on weekly or fortnightly autopay. Coaches set inclusions; players pause or cancel from their dashboard.
Every format
All your tennis programs, one place
Term programs
Run structured term-based group lessons with per-session or bulk pricing. Auto-renew enrolment is available — no chase-up at term end. Cancelled sessions issue credits automatically and missed weeks route into eligible make-up classes without manual admin. Waitlists and pro-rata handled automatically.
Holiday camps
Clubs listing holiday camps early see up to 60% more bookings. Manage multi-day camps with daily or week pricing.
Private lessons
Accept private booking requests. Set your availability, duration, and pricing. Get paid weekly.
Social sessions
Casual open-to-all sessions. Auto-approve bookings, set capacity, take payment upfront.
Running your program on a paper sign-in sheet, or on AllSquads
- A term squad generates its own sessions from the start date, the end date and the evening it runs — nobody re-types a school-term calendar by hand.
- A player who joins in week five can be charged for only the sessions left, if you turn pro-rata on for that squad.
- A private lesson checks your diary and the court at the same time, so a request only ever offers a slot both are free for.
- Court time between lessons sells in half-hour blocks with a members rate, so casual hire stops competing with coaching for the same hour.
Term squads that survive a mid-term joiner
A coaching squad set up as a term class runs from a start date to an end date on the day and time you choose, and every session in between is generated for you rather than typed in one at a time. Where the block crosses a public holiday, exclude that date during setup and the players on the roster are simply not charged for it. Whether a family that signs up in week five pays for the whole term or only what is left is a setting on that squad, not a rule the platform imposes — turn pro-rata on and the late joiner sees an adjusted price with the remaining session count next to it at checkout. If you raise the price partway through the term, only new sign-ups see the new number; everyone already enrolled keeps what they paid.
- Start date, end date and the weekly pattern generate every session
- Public holidays inside the block can be excluded and are never charged
- Pro-rata is a per-squad setting, not a platform default
- A mid-term price change never touches an existing enrolment
A private lesson booked without a phone call
Private coaching is set up as its own bookable item with a price per duration, so a 30-minute hit and a 60-minute lesson are priced separately rather than negotiated each time. A request checks your availability and the court's availability together and only ever offers a time when both are genuinely free, which is what stops a lesson landing on top of a squad you have already scheduled. Requests need your approval by default before they are confirmed, and you can set a minimum lead time in hours so a booking cannot land forty minutes before you are meant to be on court.
Which setup fits you?
You run squads, privates and court hire out of the same block of courts
FitThat overlap is the reason to do this. Every format draws from the same court availability, so a squad you have scheduled is automatically unavailable to a private-lesson request and to a casual hire booking — nobody has to check three calendars before confirming one booking.
You want ATP, WTA or Tennis Australia rankings tracked here
DependsRankings, grading and association ladders stay with the bodies that run them — nothing here replaces that. What moves to AllSquads is the coaching program itself: the squads, the private lessons, the camps and the court time around them, plus the money and the roster behind all four.
The courts you coach on are a council or school allocation, not yours outright
DependsWorkable, with one condition worth deciding up front. Publish only the hours you genuinely control. Where a council releases court time week to week rather than by the term, a series of one-off sessions is the honest shape to publish, and a term-length squad is a promise you may end up unwinding.
