How the queue works
A player joins the waitlist for a full class the same way they'd book it. AllSquads tracks their position, and when a spot opens - through a cancellation, a capacity increase, or a no-show being released - the next person in the queue is offered it.

Waitlists work the same way across every bookable resource on the platform - term classes, holiday camps, social sessions and court hire - so you don't have to configure it differently per class type.
