How does the 2 months free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with 2 months free — full tier access, including the lower platform fee, with $0 due today. One free trial per organisation. After your 2 free months, paid billing starts automatically.
What's the founding rate?
The first 100 paying signups lock the founding rate for the lifetime of their subscription. Once the counter reaches 100 (or the founding window closes), new signups pay the standard rate. There's no waitlist and no exceptions — the spot count is live and visible above.
Annual vs monthly — what's the saving?
Annual billing is 10× the monthly rate — so you get two months free every year. The toggle shows the per-month equivalent so the comparison stays honest.
Is there really a free tier?
Yes. Coach Free and Club Free are free forever — public profile, classes, online bookings and the Customer Concierge included. You only pay when you upgrade for more features or a lower platform fee.
What's the platform fee?
A small percentage on each booking, shown on every tier card. It includes all Stripe processing fees — there's no separate payment-gateway charge on top.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period; annual plans cancel at renewal and keep access for the prepaid year. No cancellation fees.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You can export your roster, bookings, and class history as CSV from the dashboard before you cancel. After cancellation, your account is retained read-only for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
Does AllSquads charge GST?
Yes, on AllSquads' own supply (the subscription fee and platform fee). Clubs and coaches handle GST on their own class prices separately, via their Stripe Connect account.
