Netball club and NetSetGO booking software
For NetSetGO coordinators, junior development and competition squads
1st month free. A card is required to start, and nothing is charged until your free month ends. The free profile and free tiers never need one.
TL;DR
- The programs are simple; the volunteer load around them is not, and that is what moves.
- NetSetGO, run by Netball Australia, is a block enrolment, so one sign-up covers the whole thing.
- A family arriving three weeks late pays for what is left, if you turn that setting on before you publish.
- Money arrives as one weekly deposit rather than as forty transfers a coordinator has to match to names.
Netball clubs carry an unusual amount of volunteer admin for their size. A NetSetGO coordinator is often also the person collecting money, keeping the team list, chasing the uniform order and answering the Facebook messages. The programs themselves are simple; the paperwork around them is not. AllSquads is aimed squarely at that gap, so the coordinator's job goes back to being about netball.

NetSetGO as a term enrolment
NetSetGO is Netball Australia's national entry-level program, and clubs typically run it as a weekly block for primary-age players in the lead-up to or alongside the winter competition. Set the block's start and end dates and the day it runs, and every session is generated for you. Where the block crosses a public holiday, exclude the date during setup: Australian public holidays are flagged automatically for review, excluded dates are shown to parents on the class page, and nobody is charged for a session that does not run.
Joining after the block has started
Half the enquiries a NetSetGO coordinator gets arrive in week three, after a friend has told a family about it. Pro-rata pricing is a per-class setting for exactly this: with it on, a player joining late pays only for the sessions still to come, calculated at the moment they book and shown to them as an adjusted price with the remaining session count next to it. With it off, which is the default, the full block price applies. It is a decision you make per program rather than a rule the platform imposes.
Competition squads and training nights
A competition or representative squad is a different animal to an entry-level block: the roster is selected, the training night is fixed, and it is not something you want appearing in a public search result. Publish it as invite-only and only the players you invite can see or book it. Squad training that runs across more than one term can be set up with the terms published in advance, and where a club offers a season-long commitment, players can subscribe across every term in one action and be billed at the start of each one, with a discount applied per term if the club sets one.
When a program fills up
Court space and coach numbers cap a netball program long before demand does. Capacity is set per class and the waitlist opens by itself when the class is full. Players are notified in the order they joined, and spots are strictly first-come, first-served with no hold and no expiry, so the message tells them to book promptly. If someone beats them to it, their place in the queue is restored automatically instead of being lost. Because joining a waitlist creates a contact record, a full Saturday morning is also a ready-made list to message the day you open a second session.
Where the money ends up
Registrations paid through the club page accrue into one weekly transfer to the club's bank account, paid each week for the week just gone, with a per-booking breakdown available in the dashboard. AllSquads absorbs Stripe's processing fee rather than passing it through as another line item. For a volunteer treasurer the practical difference is that the reconciliation is one deposit against one itemised list, rather than a bank statement full of individual parent payments to match by hand.
Talking to the club without a group chat
Every family who books is added to your contacts automatically, with their booking history attached, and an existing membership list can be imported from a spreadsheet. Each class gets a group chat so a coach can tell one team that training has moved without messaging fifteen people individually, and a club-wide announcement reaches everyone following the club. Reminders go out before every session automatically at a day and an hour ahead; text messages are deliberately reserved for cancellations, so the club is not spending its budget on notifications nobody needed.
Which setup fits you?
One volunteer is doing registrations, money, the team list and the Facebook messages
Good fitThat person is the reason to do this. Every one of those four jobs is somebody manually holding state that the booking itself already knows, and handing them back is worth more here than any single feature on the page.
You want your association's grading and fixtures in the same place
Worth knowingNo. Grading, draws and results stay with the association. What lands here is registration, the money and a contact list that is actually current, which is the part currently living in a coordinator's phone.
Your committee turns over every year
Worth knowingThat is an argument for this, with one caveat about how you set it up. Records survive a handover only if the club owns the account rather than an individual, so create it in the club's name from day one instead of under the coordinator who happens to be there this season.

What a netball club gets out of AllSquads
AllSquads is booking, payments and communication software for Australian clubs and coaches. For a netball club that means the registration page, the money, the team contact list and the weekly announcements all live in one place, run by whoever is coordinating the program rather than by whoever happens to be good with spreadsheets.
