Every Netball booking is paid at checkout and accrues into the club's or coach's normal weekly Monday payout, with the platform fee already netted off and Stripe's own processing fee absorbed by AllSquads rather than passed through as a separate deduction - see /pricing for the current rates. If a booking is only approved after its week has already been paid out, that money isn't lost: it rolls into the next weekly payout, listed against the date the facility actually ran.

Waitlists and full sessions
