Holiday camps are their own schedule type on AllSquads - separate from your regular term program - so a family can book a single day, a full week, or the whole holiday period without you building a parallel booking system for it.
How it works
A camp is created with its own dates, capacity per day and pricing - set it up once and players book individual days or the full block. Full camps automatically show as full and open a waitlist; if a spot frees up, the next family in the queue is offered it.
Payments and payouts
Camp bookings are paid at checkout like any other class on AllSquads and accrue into your normal weekly Monday payout alongside your term classes, court hire and any other bookings - no separate camp-specific payment process to reconcile.
Communicating with camp families
Camp rosters, reminders and any last-minute changes (weather, venue) go out through the same club comms tools you already use for term classes - no separate camp contact list to maintain.
Founding rate locked for life
First 100 paying signups lock the founding rate, no matter what we change later.
