Volleyball club and program booking software
For junior development, social nights and the hall time in between
1st month free. A card is required to start, and nothing is charged until your free month ends. The free profile and free tiers never need one.
TL;DR
- Your allocation is the constraint, so the programs get arranged around it rather than the other way round.
- Junior development runs as a block; social nights are one-off sessions with their own capacity and price.
- Hall time you hold but do not use is sellable rather than wasted, in blocks, at rates you set.
- Which night is actually working is a reporting question, and it has an answer that is not a committee opinion.
Volleyball clubs in Australia mostly live inside somebody else's building. The hall belongs to a school, a council or a stadium, the hours are what you were given, and the club's whole program has to be arranged around that allocation. That constraint shapes everything about how a volleyball club sells its sessions, and it is the constraint AllSquads is set up to work with rather than against.

Programs built around a hall allocation
A typical club runs a junior development block on one night, an open or social session on another, and squad training for its league teams somewhere in between. Each of those is set up with its own capacity, because the number of players a hall takes depends on how many nets are up, not on how many people want to come. Once capacity is set, the booking flow will not sell past it, which removes the most common failure of a sign-up sheet.
Junior development as a block
Development sessions work best sold as a block that follows the school term, because that is how families plan. Set the start and end dates and the night, and the sessions generate themselves. Public holidays inside the block are flagged for review and can be excluded, and an excluded session is not charged. If a family wants to try before committing, a free trial session can be enabled on the class, limited to one per player per class so it does not have to be tracked manually.
Social and open nights
Social volleyball is the format that most often gets run on a group chat and a shoebox of cash. Published as a session with a price and a capacity, it takes payment at booking and produces a roster instead. Where a club wants regulars to pay less, a membership product applies a member price automatically at checkout, with expiry and renewal handled for you. Where a club would rather sell in bulk, a session pack of five or ten credits lets a regular buy once and book against it all season.
Holiday clinics
School holiday clinics are a genuinely different shape to a term program: they are a handful of days, not necessarily consecutive, and families want to buy either the whole thing or one day of it. Camps handle that directly, with a full-camp price, per-week pricing where the camp runs across more than one week, and a day rate where individual days are purchasable. If the dates have to move, the whole camp shifts together and everyone enrolled is notified and offered a full credit rather than being left to work it out.
Hall time you resell
Clubs that control their own hall hours often resell them, either to members for practice or to outside groups. Facility hire covers that: half-hour increments, live availability, a member rate distinct from a casual rate, and separate daytime and evening pricing so the sought-after hours are priced like sought-after hours. Recurring bookings can be set weekly or fortnightly for up to twelve weeks and cancelled as a series.
Knowing which night is actually working
Over a season the dashboard shows revenue, bookings and player retention per program, alongside how often waitlists converted into bookings. For a club deciding whether to keep the Wednesday junior night or move those hours to social play, that is the difference between a decision and an argument. Coaches can be given access to only the classes they are assigned to, so a volunteer coach sees their own roster without seeing the club's finances.
Which setup fits you?
You hold hours in somebody else's building and want to use all of them
Good fitReselling the gaps is exactly what changes here. An hour you are paying for either carries a program, carries a social night or gets hired, and all three now come off the same availability rather than off three separate people's memories.
You need the school or stadium's own booking system to talk to this one
Worth knowingThere is no integration with a venue's system, and building your week around one arriving would be a mistake. What works in practice is treating the hours you have been allocated as yours to publish, and keeping the venue's own diary as the source of that allocation.
Your allocation changes every term
Worth knowingManageable, but it changes what you should publish. A block enrolment assumes the hours hold for the block, so where an allocation is genuinely week to week, one-off sessions are the honest shape and a block is a promise you may have to unwind.

AllSquads for a volleyball club
AllSquads is Australian software for running the booking and money side of a sports club. A volleyball club uses it to publish its junior blocks, social nights, clinics and any hall time it resells, take payment at the point of booking, keep one contact list, and receive a single weekly transfer rather than a stream of individual transfers.
