Rugby League and Rugby Union club software

Two codes, two seasons, one place to run the junior programs

1st month free. A card is required to start, and nothing is charged until your free month ends. The free profile and free tiers never need one.

TL;DR

  • Rugby League and Rugby Union are separate guides because the two games keep different calendars.
  • Both rest on the same program, registration and weekly payout engine.
  • A club running both codes publishes each as its own set of classes.
  • Competition draws and match records stay with your league or union.

In Australia, rugby means two different games with two different calendars, and a club that runs one of them rarely wants the other's language on its sign-up page. League and union clubs do share the same underlying problem, though. A junior academy has more families than volunteers, a season that starts before the paperwork is finished, and a handful of different products running through one set of gates. This page sends you to the guide for your code.

Rugby League clubs and academies

League is the winter game that dominates junior sport in much of New South Wales and Queensland, and a club there typically carries a junior academy alongside its age-grade teams. The League guide covers how an academy runs as a set of term enrolments, how a parent registers a child, and how attendance and member pricing work for a club that sells more than the fixture.

Rugby Union clubs and academies

Union clubs tend to organise around a club, a school or a regional pathway, with skills sessions and development squads sitting beside the playing season. The Union guide covers how those programs are published and priced, how families register and pay for more than one child, and how a coach opens a roster on the day.

What the two guides have in common

Whichever code you play, the mechanics underneath are the same. A program is created once, with its own capacity, price, coach and roster. Families book and pay in a single step. Everything taken across a week reaches the club as one transfer the following week, with an itemised breakdown behind it, and every booking adds a contact the club owns.

A club that is new to online registration

If your club has never taken registrations online, start small. Publish one junior program, share the link with the families already in your group chat, and watch the roster fill. The first season is mostly about proving to parents that one link replaces a form, a bank transfer and a reminder message. Add the next age group once the first has run a few weeks, and import your existing contact list from a spreadsheet so nobody has to re-enter their details.

Running both codes under one club

Some clubs field both games, often with a shared ground and a shared pool of volunteers. Nothing forces them onto one page. Each code's programs are separate classes with their own age bands, prices and rosters, so a League under-eights group never turns up on a Union roster, and the club's reporting still adds up to one set of numbers.

Which setup fits you?

You are not sure which guide is yours

Good fit

Go by the game your juniors actually play on a Saturday. If your club has a league and a union side, read both guides, because the setup for each is its own set of programs.

You want match-day teamsheets or judiciary records here

Worth knowing

Those stay with your league or union. What moves is registration, training programs and the money.

Your club shares a ground with another code

Worth knowing

Publish only the hours you control and keep the other code's allocation where it is. Facility hire sells genuinely free time only.
