TL;DR

AllSquads for clubs that run on a team chat, the short version

  • Parents pay at enrolment and the place is held once the payment clears, so the roster is a paid list, not a list of replies.
  • Capacity is a number on the session, and the waitlist tells everyone waiting when a place opens.
  • Cancellations become account credit under the class's own policy, shown before the player confirms.
  • The club is paid once a week for the previous week, with every booking itemised for the treasurer.

Clubs rarely leave a team chat annoyed with it. What happens is that a second system grows beside it: a spreadsheet of who has paid, a bank account of unreferenced transfers and a Sunday evening spent working out the week. AllSquads replaces that second system with paid enrolments, capacity, cancellation policies, credits, waitlists and weekly payouts on one roster.

What is TeamReach?

TeamReach is a mobile app for one team, published by HCP Reach LLC, a United States company. Its App Store listing describes group messaging, a shared schedule, event RSVPs, attendance tracking, polls and photo or file sharing. It is free to download, with in-app purchases whose function is removing advertising.

Why clubs look for a TeamReach alternative

A team chat holds the conversation. These are the parts of a season that involve money, capacity or a promise.

An RSVP is not a paid place

Ten yeses can become six on a wet Thursday while the court is already paid for. On AllSquads, a place is a booking with money attached, held once the payment clears, so the coach plans against a number the club can trust.

The fees live in a second system

Term, camp and casual fees end up in a spreadsheet beside a bank account of unreferenced transfers. AllSquads takes the payment at checkout, builds the roster from it and itemises every booking on the weekly payout report.

Capacity is a manual head count

A session with twelve places and no capacity control fills by whoever reads the chat first. On AllSquads capacity is a number on the session, and the waitlist tells everyone waiting when a place opens, so the decision stops being social.

A club is many teams, a camp and the courts

The same family appears in several squads, a holiday camp and a membership list. AllSquads keeps one contact record per family and puts the courts on the same calendar, so one roster and one set of takings cover everything.

Term + drop-in on one classA term class with drop-in switched on: two prices on one roster and one capacity.Scheduled events people reply to are described; a fee or a casual price beside a term price is not.

RemindersAutomatic reminders before a session and before each subscription charge, by email and in-app, with SMS for cancellations and payment requests on paid tiers.Scheduling and event RSVPs are described; a reminder schedule is not.

How AllSquads compares

A tool that holds the conversation sits beside AllSquads, which holds the commitments. The difference shows wherever a commitment involves money, a place or a date.

Intent against commitment

An RSVP is the cheapest possible signal, which is why it is easy to give and easy to change. A booking costs the person something at the moment they make it, which is why it predicts attendance and lets a club plan courts and coaches.

How a season is modelled

AllSquads handles group classes, term classes, camps, private lessons, social sessions, court hire and retreats. On a term class, drop-in is a toggle, so the enrolled squad and the casual players share one session, one capacity and one roster.

Money and payouts

AllSquads pays the club once a week for the week just finished, itemised for the treasurer. An independent coach's own bookings pay out to that coach, and club-employed coaches are paid by the club, outside the platform.

Families and the courts

With AllSquads, one parent login holds each child's profile and books one child or three into the same session. Courts sit on the same calendar, so a club sells coaching and court time from one place.

Why clubs and coaches run on AllSquads

One platform for the whole operation: bookings, payments, courts, members and messages, built for racquet clubs and the coaches who run them.

  • Every class type on one timetable

Group classes, terms, camps, private lessons, socials, court hire and retreats all live on one schedule, with one roster per session.

  • Every way to pay

Upfront, weekly or monthly subscriptions, drop-ins, memberships, session packs and term instalments, collected online and paid out to your club every week.

  • Court hire with cost splitting

Players book one court or several in a single checkout and split the cost between up to eight people, so nobody chases anyone for their share.

  • A CRM with every channel

Every player and parent has a contact record, and you reach them by email, in-app message, push notification or broadcast. Paid plans add SMS for cancellations, reminders and payment requests.

  • Team scheduling

Coaches set their availability, you assign a head coach to each class, and a substitute takes a single session without rebuilding the class.

  • Admin that runs itself

Reminders go out before a session and before every subscription charge, the waitlist tells everyone waiting the moment a place opens, and cancellations turn into account credit under your own policy.

  • Promo codes and a pro shop

Discount codes at checkout, and a pro shop with member pricing and online or cash sales that land in the same weekly payout.

  • An AI agent on both sides

The Club Agent answers questions about your bookings, members and money from the dashboard, and the Concierge helps players find and book the right class.

  • Analytics you can act on

Revenue, bookings, attendance, court use and member trends, with weekly, monthly, quarterly and financial-year reports you can drill into.

Choose AllSquads if

  • Players or parents pay for sessions, and somebody is matching those payments to names by hand.
  • Your sessions have a real limit and you want AllSquads to tell everyone waiting when a place opens.
  • You run several squads, a camp or private lessons, and the same families appear in more than one.
  • Courts are hired out, and you want that on the same contacts and the same weekly payout as coaching.

Pricing: AllSquads vs TeamReach

The app is free to download and charges a club nothing, because it takes no fees and holds no member money. Whatever your fees cost to collect today, you are already paying it somewhere else, in bank transfers, cash handling and the evenings spent reconciling the two.

AllSquads is a flat monthly subscription per tier, in Australian dollars with GST inside the published rate, with free Coach and Club tiers underneath the paid ones. Every paid tier opens with a trial; a card is required to start it and nothing is charged until the free month ends. Our fees are published on the pricing page and deliberately nowhere else on this site.

How to move the money off a group chat

There is no system to migrate: the contacts are in a group and the fees are in a spreadsheet. Three moves and a first term.

  1. Get the list out of the group

Read the member list off the group and put the names, parent emails and mobile numbers into a spreadsheet. Note who has paid for this term and who is owed a credit from a called-off session.

Help centre: Club guide, Contacts (CRM)

  2. Import the contacts

Upload the spreadsheet as a CSV under Contacts, then Import. Imported people keep a record of where they came from and can be tagged as juniors or members. A credit raised against someone who has not signed up yet attaches when they register with that email.

    Help centre: Club guide

  3. Publish the term and share the link

Build the class with its dates, weekly time, holiday exclusions, capacity, term fee and optional drop-in price, pick the cancellation policy and publish. Post the link in the group you already have, and open the payout report after the first week.

FAQ: TeamReach vs AllSquads

Put one term through AllSquads

AllSquads is the half a team chat leaves alone: paid enrolments with real capacity, a term class that also sells casual places, cancellation policies that become credit, a waitlist that tells everyone when a place opens, memberships that apply their own rates, courts on the same roster and one payment into the club account every week with every booking itemised.

Publish one real term, post the link where you already post everything, and see what the paid list, the waitlist and the weekly report tell you that replies never could.

  • Parents pay at enrolment and the place is held once the payment clears, so the roster is a paid list, not a list of replies.
  • Capacity is a number on the session, and the waitlist tells everyone waiting when a place opens.
