TL;DR
AllSquads for clubs that are comparing options, the short version
- Terms, camps, private lessons, memberships and court hire sit on one roster, with attendance marked on that roster.
- One class can take a term enrolment and sell its remaining places as drop-ins, with one capacity and one attendance list.
- The club is paid once a week for the previous week, itemised booking by booking.
- AllSquads publishes its rates on one public page, in Australian dollars with GST inside the rate.
Clubs looking for a ClubSpark alternative are usually not unhappy with their courts. They want the rest of the week in one place: term fees collected at enrolment, camps and private lessons on the same roster, memberships that set their own prices, credits that appear by policy, and a weekly payout the committee can read. That is what AllSquads is built to do.
What is ClubSpark?
ClubSpark is club and venue software from Clubspark Group Limited, a London company with an Australian office in Richmond, Victoria. Its SmartAccess product joins court booking to gate and light hardware. Its Tennis Australia case study describes Book a Court reaching 56 venues and 486 courts and winning a 2017 award; those figures are some years old.
Why clubs look for a ClubSpark alternative
These are the jobs a club's week contains beyond court booking, and the reasons clubs say they went looking.
A term is not a series of court bookings
A ten-week junior squad is one commitment with one fee, one roster, a known capacity and public holidays taken out. On AllSquads a parent pays once at enrolment, the place is held when the payment clears, and the coach plans against a real number instead of a bank-transfer list.
The casual player gets a second system
Most clubs want the same Tuesday class to hold enrolled juniors and sell two casual places at a different price. AllSquads makes that one class with drop-in switched on, so the coach marks one roster rather than reconciling two lists on court.
No published price to budget against
Its pricing page returns a not-found and its site carries no Australian figure, so a committee needs a demo before it can compare. AllSquads publishes its plans on one public page, so a treasurer can read the cost before talking to anyone.
AllSquads vs ClubSpark
| AllSquads | ClubSpark | |
|---|---|---|
| Getting paid | Players pay at checkout when they book or enrol, and the place is only held once the payment has cleared. Upfront, weekly or monthly subscriptions, drop-ins, memberships, session packs and term instalments are all supported. | Players pay online when they book a court, on the venue's own ClubSpark page. Its public pages describe the booking and payment flow for venue bookings. |
| The roster | The roster is built from the payments: who enrolled, who paid, who is on the waitlist and who turned up, marked off on the roster beside the court. | Bookings produce the list of who holds each court slot. A term roster that is one enrolment across ten weeks is not something we could find on its public pages. |
| Term and drop-in on one class | One object, not two: the enrolled term with drop-in switched on, so the remaining places sell at their own price into the same capacity and the same roster. | Not something we could find on its public pages. Programmes and court bookings are described separately. |
| Cancellations | The club sets the policy once. A cancelled session becomes account credit under that policy, which the member can see and spend on their next booking. | Cancellation handling for venue bookings is not documented in detail on its public pages, so this page does not characterise it. |
| Reminders | Automatic reminders before a session and before each subscription charge, by email and in-app, with SMS for cancellations and payment requests on paid tiers. | Booking confirmations and venue communication are part of the product; the specific reminder schedule is not published on its public pages. |
| Member pricing | Memberships set what a member pays, with entitlements, expiry and renewal tracked, and the member rate applied at checkout rather than by hand. | Membership management is offered, and its sport-body pages describe federation membership as part of the platform. What a member is charged is set per venue. |
| Waitlists | The waitlist is on by default and tells everyone waiting the moment a place opens. Nobody is booked or charged until they choose to take it. | A waitlist that notifies people when a place is released is not something we could find on its public pages. |
| Payouts | One payment into the club account every week for the previous week, itemised booking by booking. An independent coach's own bookings pay out to that coach. | Payout schedules are not something we could find described on its public pages. |
| Court hire | Courts sit on the same calendar as the classes. Players book one or several full courts in one checkout and split the cost between up to eight people. | Online court booking at venue scale, joined to gate and light access through SmartAccess. |
| Comms | Contact records with email, in-app messages, push notifications and broadcast announcements, plus SMS for cancellations, reminders and payment requests on paid tiers. | Venue and programme communication is part of the platform; the channels are not itemised on its public pages. |
| Records | Revenue, bookings, attendance, court use and members, with weekly, monthly, quarterly and financial-year reports and drill-down. | Reporting detail is not something we could find described on its public pages. |

How AllSquads compares
Four places where the two products are shaped differently, and what that means for a club's week.
Built around the season
AllSquads is organised around the season: a term that repeats weekly, a camp in the holidays, private lessons, memberships and the courts, all on one roster. On a term class, drop-in is a toggle, so one session holds the enrolled group and sells the places left.
Paying the club, itemised
The club receives one payout every week for the week just gone, itemised so it reconciles against the bank statement without detective work. Cancellations become account credit under the class's own policy, so the treasurer is not keeping a list in a spreadsheet.
A price you can read
AllSquads publishes its rates on one public page, in Australian dollars with GST inside the figure. This page quotes no figure for either product: the only public numbers for the other platform are United Kingdom ones, and an Australian club should not read those as its own cost.
Courts beside classes, not gates
AllSquads puts courts on the same calendar as classes for booking and payment, with the cost split between up to eight players. It does not open gates or switch lights, so a club that needs physical access control runs that layer separately and moves the coaching business across.
Why clubs and coaches run on AllSquads
One platform for the whole operation: bookings, payments, courts, members and messages, built for racquet clubs and the coaches who run them.
Every class type on one timetable
Group classes, terms, camps, private lessons, socials, court hire and retreats all live on one schedule, with one roster per session.
Every way to pay
Upfront, weekly or monthly subscriptions, drop-ins, memberships, session packs and term instalments, collected online and paid out to your club every week.
Court hire with cost splitting
Players book one court or several in a single checkout and split the cost between up to eight people, so nobody chases anyone for their share.
A CRM with every channel
Every player and parent has a contact record, and you reach them by email, in-app message, push notification or broadcast. Paid plans add SMS for cancellations, reminders and payment requests.
Team scheduling
Coaches set their availability, you assign a head coach to each class, and a substitute takes a single session without rebuilding the class.
Admin that runs itself
Reminders go out before a session and before every subscription charge, the waitlist tells everyone waiting the moment a place opens, and cancellations turn into account credit under your own policy.
Promo codes and a pro shop
Discount codes at checkout, and a pro shop with member pricing and online or cash sales that land in the same weekly payout.
An AI agent on both sides
The Club Agent answers questions about your bookings, members and money from the dashboard, and the Concierge helps players find and book the right class.
Analytics you can act on
Revenue, bookings, attendance, court use and member trends, with weekly, monthly, quarterly and financial-year reports you can drill into.

Pricing compared
AllSquads pricing is read live on the pricing page. There is no published competitor price to set beside it.
The vendor publishes no price for anyone to compare: its pricing page returns a not-found, there is no Australian figure on its site, and the route to a number is a demo or a sales conversation. There is therefore no published figure to put beside ours, so this page compares the two on what they do instead. Our own current rates are read live on the pricing page. See pricing
Choose AllSquads if
- Your week is terms, camps and private lessons as much as court hire, and you want AllSquads to hold all of it on one roster.
- You want one class to take enrolled juniors and casual players at different prices, with one capacity and one attendance list.
- You want cancellation and credit rules decided once and then applied by the software.
- You want to read what AllSquads costs on a public page, in Australian dollars with GST inside the figure, before you talk to anyone.
Pricing: AllSquads vs ClubSpark
AllSquads publishes its plans on one public page, bills in Australian dollars with GST inside the published rate, and charges from the same data that page renders. The vendor publishes nothing: its pricing URL returns a not-found and a buyer is routed to a demo or to sales.
This page quotes no figure and no fee percentage for either product. There are United Kingdom processing figures on a vendor support article; an Australian club should not read them as its own cost. Our fees are published on our pricing page and deliberately nowhere else on this site.
How to add AllSquads without touching your courts
The courts and any access hardware can keep running exactly as they are while the coaching business moves, so you can judge AllSquads on one term.
Export your members
Take your member list out of your current system as a CSV. While you have it open, note who has paid for the current term and who is owed a credit from a called-off session, because no export carries those two facts.
Import the contacts
Upload the CSV under Contacts, then Import. Imported people keep a record of where they came from and can be tagged as juniors or members. A credit raised against someone who has not signed up yet waits as pending and attaches when they register with that email.
Publish one term
Pick a single class and set the dates, the weekly time, the excluded public holidays, the capacity and both the term and drop-in prices. Post the link where you already post everything, then open the payout report after the first week.

FAQ: ClubSpark vs AllSquads
Put one term through AllSquads
AllSquads gives a club its whole coaching business on one roster: paid enrolments with real capacity, a term class that also sells casual places, cancellations that become credit by policy, memberships that set their own rates, courts on the same calendar and one itemised payment into the club account every week.
The way to settle it is not a migration. Publish one real term on AllSquads, then look at the paid list, the waitlist and the weekly report and see what they tell you that a spreadsheet never could.
- Terms, camps, private lessons, memberships and court hire sit on one roster, with attendance marked on that roster.
- One class can take a term enrolment and sell its remaining places as drop-ins, with one capacity and one attendance list.
