TL;DR
AllSquads for clubs that are comparing Momence, the short version
- Courts and classes share one calendar and one roster, so a clash is visible and a member books either in one place.
- Term enrolments also take drop-ins, with one capacity and one attendance list.
- The club is paid weekly for the previous week, itemised booking by booking.
- AllSquads publishes its rates on one public page, in Australian dollars with GST inside the rate.
Clubs and coaching businesses look for a Momence alternative when their week is a school term, a holiday camp and a court roster rather than a studio timetable, or when they want the money side to include a weekly payout to the club. AllSquads covers that shape, in Australian dollars with GST inside the published rate.
What is Momence?
Momence is class and membership software for studios and wellness businesses: a timetable, memberships, passes, on-demand content, SMS and an AI layer, booked through a web page and a consumer app. Clubessential Holdings, which trades as Xplor, announced its acquisition of Momence on 29 January 2025.
Why clubs look for a Momence alternative
These are the places a studio-shaped product stops matching an Australian club's week, and the reasons clubs say they went looking.
Nothing on the public feature page books a court
A racquet club sells court time as well as coaching and wants both on one calendar. Court and facility booking does not appear on Momence's public feature page. On AllSquads courts sit beside the classes, and players book one or several full courts in one checkout.
No weekly payout to the club
A club needs one predictable payment for the week's bookings, with the detail behind it. Paying a club out is not something we could find on Momence's public pages. AllSquads pays the club weekly for the previous week, itemised booking by booking.
A term is not a studio timetable
An Australian club's term has dates, excluded public holidays, a capacity, a fee paid once and casual places on the end at a different price. On AllSquads that is one class with drop-in switched on, so the coach marks one roster instead of reconciling two lists.
No Australian pricing to read
Momence's pricing page carries no figure and no Australian dollar or GST content appears on its site. AllSquads publishes its rates on one public page, in Australian dollars with GST inside the published rate.
AllSquads vs Momence
| AllSquads | Momence | |
|---|---|---|
| Getting paid | Players pay at checkout when they book or enrol, and the place is only held once the payment has cleared. Upfront, weekly or monthly subscriptions, drop-ins, memberships, session packs and term instalments are all supported. | Customers pay when they book a class or buy a membership or pass, through its web pages and its consumer app. |
| The roster | The roster comes from the payments: who enrolled, who paid, who is waiting and who turned up, with attendance marked on the roster. | Class bookings produce the attendee list, with child accounts letting a parent book for a dependent. |
| Term and drop-in on one class | The enrolled term with drop-in switched on, so the places left sell at their own price into the same capacity and the same roster. | Courses and semesters exist on its feature page. One session carrying a term fee and a casual price together is not something we could find documented. |
| Cancellations | The club sets the policy once. A cancelled session becomes account credit under that policy, which the member can see and spend on their next booking. | Cancellation windows and policies are configurable per business; what a cancelled session leaves a customer holding is set by the studio. |
| Reminders | Automatic reminders before a session and before each subscription charge, by email and in-app, with SMS for cancellations and payment requests on paid tiers. | Reminder emails with configurable timing are documented, and SMS is part of the product. |
| Member pricing | Memberships set what a member pays, with entitlements, expiry and renewal tracked, and the member rate applied at checkout automatically. | Memberships are a core part of the product, with recurring billing and member entitlements for a studio. |
| Waitlists | The waitlist is on by default and tells everyone waiting the moment a place opens. Nobody is booked or charged until they choose to take it. | Its help centre documents waitlist modes, including auto-adding the first person, a double opt-in mode and a cutoff time. |
| Payouts | One payment into the club account every week for the previous week, itemised booking by booking. An independent coach's own bookings pay out to that coach. | Paying a club or an individual coach out on a schedule is not something we could find on its public pages. |
| Court hire | Courts sit on the same calendar as the classes. Players book one or several full courts in one checkout and split the cost between up to eight people. | Court or facility booking is not mentioned on its public feature page. |
| Comms and AI | Contact records with email, in-app messages, push notifications and broadcast announcements, plus SMS for cancellations, reminders and payment requests on paid tiers. A branded AI chat agent on the club website, and an Ask AI concierge in the player app. Our email agent is Coming Soon. | Customer communication and marketing automation, with an AI layer aimed at answering enquiries and front-desk questions. |
| Records | Revenue, bookings, attendance, court use and members, with weekly, monthly, quarterly and financial-year reports and drill-down. | Customer, class and membership reporting for a studio operator, with exports available from the platform. |

How AllSquads compares
Four places where the two differ in ways a club will feel.
Shaped for a club's season
AllSquads is built around a club's season: a term that repeats weekly with holidays taken out, a camp, private lessons, memberships and the courts, all on one roster. On a term class, drop-in is a toggle, so the places left sell at their own price into the same roster.
Courts and weekly payouts
AllSquads keeps courts on the same calendar as the classes, so a clash is visible and a member books either in one place. The club is paid once a week for the week just gone, itemised so it reconciles against the bank statement without detective work.
AI that sits on the booking
AllSquads has a branded AI chat agent a club puts on its own website, so a parent can ask a question and book a class without leaving that site, and an Ask AI concierge in the player app. Momence's AI is aimed at the front desk and marketing. Our email agent is Coming Soon.
Built for Australian clubs
AllSquads bills in Australian dollars with GST inside the published rate and pays weekly into an Australian bank account.
Why clubs and coaches run on AllSquads
One platform for the whole operation: bookings, payments, courts, members and messages, built for racquet clubs and the coaches who run them.
Every class type on one timetable
Group classes, terms, camps, private lessons, socials, court hire and retreats all live on one schedule, with one roster per session.
Every way to pay
Upfront, weekly or monthly subscriptions, drop-ins, memberships, session packs and term instalments, collected online and paid out to your club every week.
Court hire with cost splitting
Players book one court or several in a single checkout and split the cost between up to eight people, so nobody chases anyone for their share.
A CRM with every channel
Every player and parent has a contact record, and you reach them by email, in-app message, push notification or broadcast. Paid plans add SMS for cancellations, reminders and payment requests.
Team scheduling
Coaches set their availability, you assign a head coach to each class, and a substitute takes a single session without rebuilding the class.
Admin that runs itself
Reminders go out before a session and before every subscription charge, the waitlist tells everyone waiting the moment a place opens, and cancellations turn into account credit under your own policy.
Promo codes and a pro shop
Discount codes at checkout, and a pro shop with member pricing and online or cash sales that land in the same weekly payout.
An AI agent on both sides
The Club Agent answers questions about your bookings, members and money from the dashboard, and the Concierge helps players find and book the right class.
Analytics you can act on
Revenue, bookings, attendance, court use and member trends, with weekly, monthly, quarterly and financial-year reports you can drill into.

Pricing compared
AllSquads pricing is read live on the pricing page. There is no published competitor price to set beside it.
Momence publishes no price to compare against: its pricing page carries no figure and asks you to describe your business so it can put pricing together. Figures for it do circulate on third-party blogs, and this page will not repeat a number that cannot be opened on the vendor's own page. So the two are compared here on what they do, and our current rates are read live on the pricing page. See pricing
Choose AllSquads if
- You sell court or facility time as well as coaching, and you want AllSquads to hold both on one roster.
- The club needs paying weekly, with every booking itemised.
- You want one class to hold an enrolled term group and sell its remaining places as drop-ins at a different price.
- You want AI on the booking itself, with an AllSquads chat agent on your website and an Ask AI concierge for players.
Pricing: AllSquads vs Momence
AllSquads publishes its plans on one public page, bills in Australian dollars with GST inside the published rate, and charges from the same data that page renders, so what you read is what leaves the account.
Momence publishes no figure, and this page repeats none of the third-party numbers that circulate, because a figure that cannot be opened on the vendor's own page is not a verified fact. No fee percentage for either product appears here: ours are published on the pricing page and nowhere else on this site.
How to switch to AllSquads
Three moves and a first term. Do the export before you rebuild anything, because the customer list takes longest to recreate by hand.
Export your customers and memberships
Take the customer list, the active memberships with their expiry dates and the current class enrolments out of your current system as a spreadsheet. Note who has paid for the current term and who is owed a credit.
Import the contacts
Upload the spreadsheet as a CSV under Contacts, then Import. Imported people keep a record of where they came from and can be tagged as juniors or members, with a membership status and expiry straight away.
Rebuild one term, and add the courts
Publish a single class with its dates, weekly time, excluded public holidays, capacity and both prices, then add your courts so they sit on the same roster. Open the payout report after the first week of real bookings.
